The college baseball season begins this weekend with a loaded slate of games, showcases and three-game series from coast-to-coast. 

Wake Forest Baseball opens the season as the No. 1 ranked team in the D1 Baseball poll and the Coaches Poll. The Demon Deacons have one of the top college prospects in Nick Kurtz and are the preseason favorite to win the ACC.

But while Wake stays in Winston-Salem to start the season, many teams are on the road, and that includes No. 7 Oregon State, which plays in the Sanderson Ford Baseball Classic—No. 9 Tennessee and No. 21 Texas Tech, which play in the nightcap of Day 1 of the College Baseball Showdown in Arlington, Texas at Globe Life Stadium. 

Here's a look at the entire D1 Baseball preseason top 25 rankings and where they play in the opening week. 

No. 1 Wake Forest Baseball Schedule

The Demon Deacons begin the season at home against Fordham on Feb. 16, Illinois on Feb. 17 and Akron on Feb. 18. All the games are streaming on ACC Network. 

No. 2 Florida Baseball Schedule

The Gators begin the season at home against St. John’s of the Big East with a three-game series starting on Feb 16. All the games will stream on SEC+.

No. 3 Arkansas Baseball Schedule

A week before the Razorbacks head to the second weekend of the College Baseball Showdown, they will host James Madison for a four-game series from Feb. 16-Feb.19. All the games will stream on SEC+.

No. 4 LSU Baseball Schedule

The defending champions, and No. 2 in the College Baseball Coaches’ Poll, will play VMI and Central Arkansas at home for four games from Feb. 16-18. All the games will stream on SEC+.

No. 5 TCU Baseball Schedule

The Horned Frogs, who play in the third weekend of the College Baseball Showdown, will play Florida Gulf Coast in a three-game series in Fort Worth from Feb. 16-Feb. 18. All the games will stream on ESPN+. 

No. 6 Vanderbilt Baseball Schedule

The Commodores will play Florida Atlantic in a three-game series from Feb. 16-18. All the games will stream on SEC+.

No. 7 Oregon State Baseball Schedule

The Beavers and top prospect Travis Bazzana will open the season in Surprise, Arizona at the Sanderson Ford College Baseball Classic, streaming on FloBaseball and the FloSports app. The Beavers will play New Mexico, Minnesota and CSU Bakersfield. 

No. 8 Texas A&M Baseball Schedule 

The Aggies, who join TCU in the third weekend of the College Baseball Showdown, open the season with three games against McNeese from Feb. 16-18. All the games will stream on SEC+.

No. 9 Tennessee Baseball Schedule 

The Volunteers play the nightcap of the first day of the College Baseball Showdown on Feb. 16 at Globe Life Field against Texas Tech. The Vols will then play Oklahoma on Saturday and Baylor on Sunday. 

All the games will be streaming on FloBaseball and the FloSports app.

No. 10 Clemson Baseball Schedule 

The Tigers open the season at home against BIG EAST opponent Xavier. The two will play a three-game series from Feb. 16-18. The games will stream on the ACC Network. Xavier’s conference games will stream on FloBaseball.

No. 11 East Carolina Baseball Schedule 

The Pirates open the season against Rider at home from Feb. 16-18. The games will stream on ESPN+. 

The Pirates will then travel to Campbell to play the Camels on Tuesday, Feb. 20. That game will stream on FloBaseball and the FloSports app. All CAA home baseball games are streaming on both platforms. 

No. 12 Duke Baseball Schedule 

Duke heads to the Baseball at the Beach Tournament and will open the season against Indiana on Feb. 16 in Conway, South Carolina. They will play George Mason and No. 18 Coastal Carolina the following two days. The last game will stream on ESPN+. 

No. 13 NC State Baseball Schedule

The Wolfpack will open the season against VCU in a three-game series from Feb. 16-18. All the games will stream on ACC Network. 

No. 14 Virginia Baseball Schedule

The Cavaliers open the season with a three-game series against Hofstra from Feb. 16-Feb. 18. All the games will stream on ACC Network. 

No. 15 North Carolina Baseball Schedule 

The Tarheels play open with Wagner at home for a three-game series from Feb. 16-18. All the games will stream on ACC Network. 

No. 16 Texas Baseball Schedule 

The Longhorns, who opened the 2023 season at the College Baseball Showdown, host San Diego for a three-game series from Feb. 16-18. The games will be available on Longhorn Network. 

No. 17 UC Santa Barbara Baseball Schedule 

The Gauchos open the season with a three-game series on FloBaseball and the FloSports app at Campbell from Feb. 16-18. All three games will be available on FloBaseball with start times at 5 p.m., 3 p.m. and 1 p.m. EST

No. 18 Coastal Carolina Baseball Schedule 

Coastal Carolina hosts Duke, Indiana and George Mason from Feb. 16- 17. Their games will stream on ESPN+. 

No. 19 Alabama Baseball Schedule

The Crimson Tide open the season against Manhattan College in a three-game series from Feb. 16-Feb. 18. All the games will stream on SEC+.

No. 20 Iowa Baseball Schedule 

The Hawkeyes will play in the Shipyard Tournament in Charleston, South Carolina, from Feb. 16-18. They will play Seton Hall of the BIG EAST, Ball State and Lehigh. The games will be available on HiCast Sports Network. 

No. 21 Texas Tech Baseball Schedule

The Red Raiders are headed to the College Baseball Showdown at Globe Life Field on Weekend 1. The Red Raiders will face Tennessee on Feb. 16, then Nebraska and Oregon in the following games. The College Baseball Showdown is streamed on FloBaseball and the FloSports app. 

No. 22 UCLA Baseball Schedule 

The Bruins play a three-game series against Gonzaga from Feb. 16-18. 

No. 23 Northeastern Baseball Schedule

All Northeastern Baseball home games and conference games will stream on FloBaseball and the FloSports app, but the Huskies and star prospect Mike Sirota will open the season at Arizona for a three-game series from Feb. 16-18. The games are streaming on Pac12+. 

No. 24 Kansas State Baseball Schedule

The Wildcats are headed to the MLB Desert Invitational from Feb. 16-18. They will play California, Boston College and Georgetown. The games will be available on MLB Network and MLB.com.

No. 25 South Carolina Baseball Schedule

The Gamecocks open the season with a three-game series against Miami, Ohio from Feb. 16-18. All the games will stream on SEC+.

Stanford Baseball Schedule

The only team that didn’t get ranked in both the D1Baseball preseason poll and the Baseball Coaches’ poll was Stanford. The Cardinal are ranked No. 23 in the Coaches’ poll, with Kansas State being unranked. The Cardinals play Cal State Fullerton from Feb. 16-18. The games will stream on Stanford Live Stream.
